TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority plans to procure the services of independent experts for the assessment of the vehicle manufacturing process, final outfitting, technical condition and compliance with specified technical, quality and safety requirements. The services may include inspections of vehicles during and after manufacturing, functional and quality tests, test drives, measurements, identification of discrepancies and defects, monitoring of their устранishment and repeat inspections. After carrying out this procurement, a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will be established. Suppliers who are permitted to participate in the DPS will be invited to submit tenders for specific procurements within this DPS. When carrying out a specific procurement within the DPS, the requirements for the procurement object will be set out in the terms and conditions of that specific procurement.
