TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its subject the cleaning services in early childhood establishments. It is subject to the Public Procurement Code, referred to by the terms “the Code”. Classified as a services contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG “Current Supplies and Services” approved by Order of 30 March 2021. It is awarded according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It is awarded to a single contractor for a maximum duration of three years, including renewals. The consultation is organized by the City of Levallois, coordinator of the contracting group formed with the Levallois Municipal Centre for Social Action (Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de Levallois).
