TENDER DESCRIPTION

The provisions of the contract relate to the performance of cleaning, maintenance and hygiene services for the premises occupied by the city of Emerainville as defined in the CCTP and its annex. The services include in particular: • cleaning of offices; • cleaning of sanitary facilities; • cleaning of corridors; • cleaning of meeting rooms; • cleaning of small catering areas (excluding back-of-house areas in early childhood and childhood care facilities); • maintenance of glazing elements such as doors and portholes; • waste management; • occasional services upon request. The contractor shall replenish sanitary consumables in the dispensers provided by the contracting authority. These are toilet paper, hand towels and soap. A buffer stock is set up by the municipal services and made available to the contractor in a dedicated room in each facility.
