TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority is the municipality of Walddorfhäslach. The subject matter of Lot 1 is the operation of the passive fibre-optic network (FTTB) constructed in the funding procedure “white areas” (weiße Flecken), including the drive-forward and synergy upgrade address points added by amendment notice of 20.08.2025 (eAkte 832.5/3-20 09BW200546). The network is made available to the network operator for use against lease; it builds the active technology, operates the network, provides end-customer services, grants open network access (Open Access) and assumes maintenance, upkeep and documentation. Minimum quantity: 234 address points with 216 residential and 32 commercial use units; the maximum quantity results from the performance description (framework agreement). Funding: Broadband Guideline of 22.10.2015 as amended by 18.08.2020 together with the NGA framework regulation, the funding award notice of 30.11.2020 together with amending notices; State: notice of 20.12.2021 (Az. 7-8433.4/963).
