The scope of services is described in full in the specifications (Annex 03). General requirements. Cross-cutting requirements for the NMS, in particular for architecture, data storage, interfaces, information security, scalability, and integration into the existing system and process landscape of the contracting entity. Functional scope 1: Compute-capable low-voltage grid model (digital twin), including integration into ERP, GIS and EDM systems, and mapping of the actual and target switching states. Functional scope 2: Integration of measurement data from local grid substations and TAF values, grid calculation, determination of the grid state, and controllability checks. Functional scope 3: Grid-oriented control in accordance with § 14a EnWG and § 9 EEG, including evidence management and documentation.
