The scope of services is conclusively described in the performance specification (Annex 03). General requirements. Cross-cutting requirements for the NMS, in particular regarding architecture, data storage, interfaces, information security, scalability and integration into the existing system and process landscape of the entitled company. Functional scope 1: Computable low-voltage network model (digital twin), including integration into ERP, GIS and EDM systems and mapping of the actual and target switching states. Functional scope 2: Integration of measurement data from local network substations and TAF values, network calculation, determination of the network status and controllability checks. Functional scope 3: Network-oriented control in accordance with Section 14a of the EnWG and Section 9 of the EEG, including evidence management and documentation.
