TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing heating and ventilation systems in the operational rooms are optimized with regard to fire protection and climate engineering requirements. The essential measures are described below: The fire protection refurbishment of the Heslach signal box (stellwerk) aims to adapt the building’s structural and technical conditions to the current fire protection standards, as well as to modernize the technical trades heating, ventilation, refrigeration / air conditioning (HVAC). In the fire protection refurbishment for the sanitary trade, wall and ceiling penetrations are adjusted to meet the current fire protection requirements. The existing heat pump is old and is to be replaced by a modern, more efficient system. The heating pipework and radiators will not be replaced. The air distribution will be adapted in accordance with the current fire protection specifications, including smaller new installations. Cooling of two rooms will not be carried out via the ventilation system, but via separate recirculating air cooling units.
