TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Viersen District Police Authority, intends to lease a new police service building for the Viersen District Police Authority in Kempen. Accommodation at the current site in Kempen no longer meets the current requirements in terms of space demand and functionality. The project can be implemented either by planning and new construction of a property or by conversion with refurbishment of an existing property, or by adapting a property that is already under construction. The property must in each case be tailored specifically to the tenant’s needs. Sole use of the building is desirable, but not mandatory. For example, shared use with another authority is conceivable. In the case of shared use of the plot (this also includes quarter projects) and/or the building with other users, it must in all cases be ensured that the contracting authority is accommodated in a self-contained, separately accessed building section and in a fenced plot area, and that the contracting authority’s usable floor areas are contiguous.
