TENDER DESCRIPTION
The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Kreispolizeibehörde Märkischer Kreis, intends to lease a new police service building for the Kreispolizeibehörde Märkischer Kreis in Menden. Accommodation at the current location in Menden no longer meets current requirements regarding space needs and functionality. The project can be implemented either by planning and constructing a new property, or by converting and refurbishing an existing property, or by adapting an already planned/under-construction facility. In each case, the property must be tailored specifically to the tenant’s needs. Exclusive use of the building is desirable, but not mandatory; for example, shared use with another authority is conceivable. In the case of shared use of the land and/or building with additional users, it must in any event be ensured that the contracting authority is housed in an independent, separately accessed building section and that the contracting authority’s usable areas are contiguous.
