TENDER DESCRIPTION
The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Essen Police Headquarters, intends to lease a new police service building in the city centre of Mülheim an der Ruhr. The current property no longer meets the requirements for a modern and functional police service building. The project may be implemented either by refurbishing, renovation and modernisation of an existing property or by planning and new construction of a property or by adapting an object that is already under construction. In each case, the property must be specifically tailored to the tenant’s needs. Sole use of the building is desirable but not mandatory. For example, shared use with another authority is conceivable. If the plot of land or the building is used jointly with other users, it must in any case be ensured that the contracting authority is accommodated in a self-contained, separately accessed building part and that the contracting authority’s usable areas are contiguous.
