TENDER DESCRIPTION

ÖBB-Technische Services-GmbH intends to replace the wheelset exchange facility for the service facility Wien Matzleinsdorf. The facility is to be designed for the removal and installation of running wheelsets on bogies of rail vehicles. The subject of this invitation to tender is: Base scope: • Mobile, rail-bound wheelset exchanger including the associated auxiliary rails • Five pairs of track girder bridges • Renewal of the shaft cover of the loading shaft, including opening and closing mechanism as well as fall protection • Complete renewal of the facility control system Optional services: • Covers for access openings to the working shaft, walkable, to be opened and closed from the hall floor level and from the working shaft • Full maintenance contract for a duration of 36 months The scope of services of this invitation to tender includes the overall processing of the project, design/engineering of the facilities, delivery, dismantling of the entire existing facility, installation/placement, assembly, CE marking, acceptance, and test operation.
