TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Marl intends to re-draft its land use plan (FNP), as the currently effective FNP is already more than 40 years old. There are already more than 70 amendment procedures, but the FNP no longer corresponds to the required needs due to outdated data and legal bases. The first work for the re-drafting of the FNP is intended to begin in March 2027. The preparation of the new FNP includes, in accordance with § 20 of the HOAI (German Fees Regulations for Architects and Engineers) basic services, and in accordance with Annex 9 special services relating to land use planning. The basic services are expected by the client and are supplemented by special services that are additionally required for Marl. The basis for the services to be provided for the re-drafting of the FNP is provided by the HO-AI in § 20, as well as special services that are represented on a lump-sum basis.
