This schedule needs to be updated at least monthly and as needed, incorporating plan execution plans (LPH 5-9) for each discipline, award/procurement dates for key trades, the construction schedule including the critical path, dates for sampling/sample areas, commissioning, functional and integration tests, necessary expert and authority approvals, partial acceptances, final acceptance, documentation submission, and handover.

• Flooring works, including substrate preparation, coverings with plinths/transitions, gluing, and protective measures until acceptance.

The tender also requires specific planning services from LPH 5 to LPH 9 (phases of service according to HOAI):

• Object Planning for Buildings (Objektplanung Gebäude) for the school building, sports hall, and underground garage, covering complete execution and detailed planning. This includes full planning, delivery, assembly, commissioning, functional testing, and documentation of user-specific services, along with all necessary interfaces to construction, technical building equipment (TGA), electrical engineering (ELT), IT network, and fire protection.
• Structural Engineering Planning (Tragwerksplanung), including workshop and detailed planning, formwork and reinforcement plans, and construction and assembly documents.
