The subject of the tender is the realization of the construction project "New barrier-free 4-track primary school with daycare and a 2-court sports hall (option)". The location is in 04209 Leipzig (Grünau), Karlsruher Str./Mannheimer Str., on plots 1496, 1490/2, 1756, 1755. The building is classified as a special building, building class 5. The structure is predominantly 3 stories high (ground floor + 2 upper floors) with partial basement, a building height of approx. 13 m above ground and flat roof (at least 2% slope). Reference height is 120.90 m above sea level = top floor slab of the ground floor for school and sports hall (option).
