TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Städtische Pflegeheime Esslingen am Neckar (Municipal Care Homes Esslingen am Neckar) plans the construction of outpatient assisted living communities and apartments for assisted living in Esslingen-Zell. For this measure, specialist planning services HLSE pursuant to § 55 HOAI are required, presumably service phases 1 to 9 pursuant to HOAI. The services will be advertised Europe-wide in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with VgV: Stage 1: Pre-qualification procedure Stage 2: Negotiated procedure In parallel, the following additional planning services will be tendered: - Architectural (design) planning - Structural engineering planning Based on the current situation, the client intends to award the contract in stages. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to implementation/project execution. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to require the construction management regionally.
