TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Municipal Nursing Homes Esslingen am Neckar are planning the construction of outpatient-supported living communities and apartments for supported living in Esslingen-Zell. For this measure, specialist planning services HLSE are required in accordance with § 55 HOAI, presumably performance phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI. The services will be advertised Europe-wide in the negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with VgV: Stage 1: Prequalification procedure Stage 2: Negotiated procedure In parallel, the following additional planning services will be advertised: - Architectural planning - Structural engineering As things currently stand, the client intends to award the contract in stages. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to implementation/project execution. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to request the construction management on a regional basis.
