The Städtische Pflegeheime Esslingen am Neckar (Municipal Care Homes Esslingen am Neckar) plans the construction of outpatient-supported living communities and apartments for supported living in Esslingen-Zell. For the measure, object planning services in accordance with § 34 HOAI are required, presumably service phases 1 to 9 (of which service phases 1 and 2 only in part) in accordance with HOAI.
