TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipal Care Homes Esslingen am Neckar plans the construction of outpatient supported living communities and apartments for supported living in Esslingen-Zell. For this measure, building design services are required in accordance with § 34 HOAI, expected service phases 1 to 9 (of which service phases 1 and 2 only in part) pursuant to HOAI. The services will be advertised Europe-wide in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with VgV: Stage 1: Prequalification procedure Stage 2: Negotiated procedure In parallel, the following additional planning services will also be tendered: - Structural engineering design - Specialist planning in HVAC, sanitary, electrical (HLSE) Based on the current status, the client intends to award the contract in stages. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to implementation/project execution. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to request the site management on a regional basis.
