TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipal Care Homes Esslingen am Neckar are planning the construction of outpatient supported living communities and apartments for supported living in Esslingen-Zell. For the project, structural engineering planning services in accordance with § 51 HOAI, presumably service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with HOAI, will be required. The services will be advertised Europe-wide in a negotiated procedure with a competitive qualification process in accordance with VgV: Stage 1: Prequalification procedure Stage 2: Negotiated procedure In parallel, the following further planning services will also be advertised: - Building design (object planning) - Specialist planning (HVAC and electrical engineering) (HLSE) Based on the current status, the client intends to award the contract in stages. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to implementation/project execution. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to commission the site management regionally.
