TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipal Care Homes Esslingen am Neckar plan the construction of outpatient assisted living communities and apartments for assisted living in Esslingen-Zell. For this project, structural engineering planning services in accordance with § 51 HOAI, presumably service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with HOAI, are required. The services will be tendered throughout Europe under the VgV in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition: Stage 1: Prequalification procedure Stage 2: Negotiated procedure In parallel, the following additional planning services will also be tendered: - Building planning (object planning) - Specialist planning for HLS (heating, ventilation, sanitary, and electrical/controls systems) As things currently stand, the client intends to place the contract in stages. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to project implementation. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to require the site management on a regional basis.
