• Contract Start Date: The start date is October 5, 2027. The call-off for the service is expected between September and October 2027, with a 14-day lead time. Work on site is to commence within 12 working days after the client's request, which is expected by October 5, 2027. After the order is placed, preparatory activities such as workshop and assembly planning, coordination with the network operator, and delivery date coordination are to begin. The execution date is dependent on the construction progress of civil engineering measure section 2 and will be announced two to three weeks beforehand.
• Contract End Date: The end date for the contract is November 26, 2027, by which time the service must be completed ready for acceptance.
• Total Duration: The expected construction period is between October 5, 2027, and November 26, 2027. The work is to be completed ready for acceptance within 25 working days from the start of work on site.
• Key Milestones or Phases: Individual binding deadlines ("Einzelfristen") are agreed upon as contractual deadlines, including the deadline for the start of execution and the deadline for completion. These individual deadlines are detailed in the attached construction schedule ("Bauzeitenplan"). Contractual penalties apply if these individual deadlines or the final completion deadline are exceeded.

Key deliverables and areas of work include:

• Documentation and Information Management: This is a significant part of the scope, requiring the submission of all project-related documents in German, digitally in PDF and editable formats. This includes technical data sheets, manufacturer documents, device settings, functional descriptions for main components (switchgear, protective devices, measuring devices, converters, control and communication components), protection, grid protection, and control concepts for grid compatibility assessment, and documentation of all set and parameterized protection functions, tripping characteristics, limit values, and grid-relevant setting parameters. The contractor is responsible for providing all electrical design documents, input data for grid calculations (though not performing the calculations), test protocols, commissioning protocols, factory certificates, conformity certificates, and technical declarations. Detailed planning documents such as circuit diagrams, terminal plans, equipment lists, bills of materials, front views, top views, and scaled construction details are required. An updated single-line diagram (SLD) serving as a central protection concept for the 20kV/0.4kV voltage levels, operating instructions, and test certificates are also part of the deliverables. Furthermore, all project-specific programs, parameterizations, configuration data, and plant data, including software versions, backup files, source codes (if applicable), license files, user access, and passwords, must be supplied. Device configurations, IP addressing, port assignments, and network topology must be documented, along with access data and adherence to the plant identification system (AKS).
• Operations and Maintenance: The scope includes the operation of the plant or its parts before formal acceptance, encompassing monitoring, control, and necessary maintenance services (inspection, maintenance, and repair) to ensure operational readiness. Rectification of faults within the contractor's responsibility is also required. Recurring inspection, maintenance, and repair services for medium and low voltage systems and associated transformer stations must adhere to relevant DIN VDE standards and technical connection conditions.
• Technical Installation and Services: This involves work preparation, site establishment, and provision of necessary facilities, equipment, and tools. Specific tasks include professional cable pulling services for power and communication cables. The tender also covers 20 kV switching operations on medium-voltage switchgear, including VLF/Frida measurements for checking protection and switching functions. Coordination with civil engineering and supply of related materials are also mentioned.
• Component Supply: The supply of a Transformer 20kV/0.4kV, Trafo 1000 KVA, compliant with Ökodesign Stage 2, is specified. Additionally, the planning, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, and commissioning of active fiber optic (LWL) components (Ethernet switches with SFP modules) are included. This involves coordinating transmission parameters, connecting fiber optic links, integrating components into existing switchgear, connecting data and supply lines, configuring the network, and functional testing of data connections.
