The contracted service involves the construction of the outdoor facilities for the new operations building (including vehicle hall) at the Central Sewage Treatment Plant Chemnitz. The site for the building construction is located at 09114 Chemnitz, Heinersdorfer Straße 42 in the district of Heinersdorf. The following information represents a rough outline of the scope of work: Demolition work and disposal: Gravel surface BE 180 m³ Remove frost protection material 40 m³ Earthworks: Excavation of subsoil 1,250 m³ Partial soil replacement: 200 m³ Removal of topsoil / rough grading 1,500 m² Paved surfaces including substructure: Asphalt: 1,570 m² Concrete stone paving / grass grid stones: 950 m² Gravel lawn: 210 m² Edge curbs: 785 m Drainage: 10 box gutters / 10 floor drains including connection to main sewer line Equipment: Covered seating area Carport Greening: Planting areas 185 m² Lawn seeding 1,525 m² Completion maintenance 2-year development maintenance
