TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement procedure is the services of object planning for buildings and interiors pursuant to § 53 et seq. HOAI. The basic services of performance phases 1 to 9 are commissioned pursuant to §§ 53 to 56 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI. In addition, project-specific Special Services must be provided. The scope of these services is described in the Annex “Performance Profile Technical Equipment” to the tender documents and will form part of the contract to be concluded. The commissioning is carried out jointly with the basic services for Technical Equipment.
