TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the services for object planning for buildings and interiors pursuant to § 53ff. HOAI. The basic services for service phases 1 to 9 are to be commissioned pursuant to §§ 53 to 56 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI. In addition, project-specific Special Services are to be provided. The scope of these services is described in the appendix "Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung" (Scope of Services — Technical Equipment) to the tender documents and will form part of the contract to be concluded. The assignment is carried out together with the basic services for the Technical Equipment.
