TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award comprises project management services including BIM management services for the construction of the “Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören” in Brieger Straße 21, 90471 Nürnberg (Nuremberg) in accordance with the AHO (Section No. 9). On the site of the educational centre for blind and visually impaired persons (bbs) in Nürnberg Langwasser, the “Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören” is to be built as a replacement new-build in several construction phases. The Bildungscampus brings together the bbs and the Zentrum für Hörgeschädigte (ZfH) (Centre for hearing-impaired persons), which has so far been located in the western part of Nuremberg, at one site. The project cost target is set at EUR 140 million gross for KG 200-700. Upon conclusion of the contract, the contracting authority commissions the contractor to provide project stages 1 and 2a for the overall measure and to provide project stage 2b, limited to LPH 3 for construction phase 1.
