TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction of a new biophotonics building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Beutenberg campus in Jena, is intended primarily to accommodate laboratory spaces of biological safety levels S2/S3**, office spaces and a conference area. The main use comprises research and development of optical health technologies. The following quantities/evidence are planned for the execution of the services being tendered: 540 m of wastewater pipe made of SML DN50-100, 170 m made of PP and 2 floor drains 2 lifting stations 310 m rainwater pipe made of PE DN50-70 750 m condensate lines made of stainless steel DN20-40 860 m drinking water pipe made of stainless steel DN12-50 9 WC rooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 cleaning room, several emergency showers 32 fire extinguishers, dry riser
