Construction of a Biophotonics Building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, primarily serves to accommodate laboratory spaces of biological safety levels S2/S3**, office spaces as well as a conference area. The main use comprises research and development of optical health technologies. The following quantities/evidence are provided for the execution of the services being tendered: KG420-Heating supply systems: - 1 unit district heating substation - panel radiators - sectional radiators in hygienic design for S2 laboratories - 6 units circulation pumps - 1800 m of pipework including thermal insulation - heat energy meter KG434-Chilling systems: - 1 unit chiller set 720 kW - 2 units dry coolers, 415 kW each - steel substructure and environmental protection trough for dry coolers - 3 units laboratory cooling units (mobile) - 10 units circulation pumps - 4 units plate heat exchangers - 735 m² heating and cooling ceiling - 2000 m of pipework including condensation insulation - heat energy meter Construction of a Biophotonics Building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, primarily serves to accommodate laboratory spaces of biological safety levels…
