TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new Biophotonics building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, is primarily intended to provide space for laboratory areas of biological safety levels S2/S3**, office areas as well as a conference area. The main use includes research and development of optical health technologies. For the execution of the contract services being tendered, the following quantities/evidence are planned: KG420 - Heating systems: - 1 unit district heating substation - Panel radiators - Sectional radiators in hygiene design for S2 laboratories - 6 units circulating pumps - 1800 m of pipework including thermal insulation - Heat meter KG434 - Chilled water systems: - 1 unit chilled water plant 720 kW - 2 units dry coolers, 415 kW each - Steel substructure and environmental protection tray for dry coolers - 3 units laboratory cooling mobile units - 10 units circulating pumps - 4 units plate heat exchangers - 735 m² heating and cooling ceiling - 2000 m of pipework including condensate insulation - Heat meter
