TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction of a Biophotonics building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Campus Beutenberg, in Jena, is intended primarily to accommodate laboratory areas of biological safety levels S2/S3**, office space as well as a conference area. The main use covers research and development of optical health technologies. For the execution of the tendered contract, the following VOB services are planned: 3 pcs bottle pressure reducers-batteries (4 bottles each) for standard gases up to purity 6.0 (N₂, Ar, CO₂) 12 pcs wall bottle holders for 12 gas cylinders Approx. 1800 m of pipework made of stainless steel up to 8/10 x 1 mm for standard gases up to purity 6.0, specially cleaned and electropolished in the room up to the shut-off valve and in the laboratory installation Approx. 30 m of pipework made of stainless steel up to 28 x 1 mm as blow-off line 1 pc roof penetration / hood for blow-off line Approx. 40 pcs wall penetrations (drywall, solid walls) incl. brand-safety compliant sealing Approx. 85 pcs shut-off valves 3 pcs solenoid valves for ultra-pure gases up to purity 6.0, standard gas type, non-aggressive 1 pc control boxes for solenoid valves Approx. 95 pcs extraction points made of…
