TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a Biophotonics building at the Leibniz-IPHT site, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, is primarily intended to accommodate laboratory spaces of biological safety levels S2/S3**, office spaces as well as a conference area. The main use comprises research and development of optical health technologies. For carrying out the advertised contract, the following VOB services are planned: 3 pcs bottle pressure regulator battery units (each for 4 cylinders) for standard gases up to purity 6.0 (N₂, Ar, CO₂) 12 pcs wall cylinder holders for 12 gas cylinders Approx. 1800 m of stainless-steel pipe up to 8/10 x 1 mm for standard gases up to purity 6.0, specially cleaned and electropolished in the room up to the shut-off fitting and in the laboratory equipment Approx. 30 m of stainless-steel pipe up to 28 x 1 mm as blow-off line 1 pc roof penetration / hood for the blow-off line Approx. 40 pcs wall penetrations (dry construction, solid walls) incl. fire-protection-compliant sealing Approx. 85 pcs shut-off valves 3 pcs solenoid valves for purified gases up to purity 6.0, standard gas type, non-aggressive 1 pc control boxes for solenoid valves Approx. 95 pcs withdrawal points made of…
