TENDER DESCRIPTION
GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a partner for the management of municipal properties in Hamburg. GMH constructs, renovates, and manages school buildings in southern Hamburg, develops and implements municipal buildings for the City of Hamburg, and works closely with the University of Hamburg and HAW Hamburg in university construction. In this context, GMH is executing, on behalf of the Authority for Science, Research and Equality (BWFG), the new construction of the Campus Service Center (CSC) and dismantling measures including site clearance at the location Bei der Hauptfeuerwache 1 in Hamburg.
