Concepts for procurement, training/simulation, and relocation management also fall under this.
• Commissioning Planning: The contractor is responsible for the content and organization of commissioning planning. This includes managing commissioning, procurement for commissioning, training and simulation, and managing room and workstation occupancy. It also involves early implementation of modeled processes in pilot units, strategic planning of the commissioning phase, conducting and documenting commissioning meetings, and a three-month evaluation phase post-commissioning.
• Relocation Management: This involves developing concepts for managing the relocation process.
