Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SiGeKo) according to the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV) for: The present plan approval document includes the gap closure or new construction of the Federal Motorway A 14 (BAB 14) in the state of Brandenburg in traffic unit (VKE) 1154 from the junction (AS) Wittenberge at B 189 / B 195 to the south of AS Karstädt with a length of 17.777 km as well as the construction of a managed rest area. The VKE 1154 (VKE 4) receives the A 14 coming from the south (VKE 1153) at the start of construction south of the junction with B 189 / B 195 (AS Wittenberge) and ends south of the junction with B 5 (AS Karstädt). Here, the VKE 1154 transitions into VKE 1155. From the starting point (construction km 2+000), the planned A 14 route leads northward, bypasses Wittenberge, Lindenberg, and Bentwisch to the west and reaches at construction km 9+500 (approx. crossing of Scheidgraben) the Berlin - Hamburg railway line of DB AG.
