TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Zweckverband for rescue services and fire alarm notification (ZRF) currently intends to construct a new emergency control centre in Bexbach. For this purpose, the following construction service is being tendered. The construction services to be carried out essentially include the following construction services: Sanitary installations approx. 150 m wastewater pipes approx. 700 m stainless-steel drinking water pipes 9 WC units 1 WC unit accessible for persons with disabilities 2 urinal units 10 washbasin units 2 shower units 2 flushing basins Heating systems 1 CHP unit module 1 air flue gas system (CHP) 1 gas condensing boiler 1 air flue gas system (gas condensing boilers) approx. 20 m gas supply line 1 energy buffer storage tank (WWB) 1 domestic hot water fresh water module approx. 665 m heating pipes 1 heating manifold 11 radiators approx. 645 m² underfloor heating
