TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband for rescue services and fire alarm notification (ZRF) currently intends to construct the Bexbach emergency dispatch center. For this purpose, the following construction service is being tendered. The services essentially to be provided include the following main services: - Connecting footbridge/walkway with approx. 15 m length and approx. 2.5 m width. - The walkway connects the existing building with the new building, on the 2nd upper floor. - Frame structure made of hot-dip galvanized profile steel. - Installation on foundations provided by the client; structurally not connected to the existing building and the new building. - Walls made of sandwich panels; roof structure made of insulated trapezoidal sheet metal profiles with a PVC waterproofing membrane applied at the factory. - Aluminium window elements. - Internal floor made of plywood laminated structural timber (funierschichtholz) for receiving a floor covering provided by the client.
