TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Ludwigshafen intends to have a communal facility for the regulatory accommodation of homeless persons (homeless shelter) as well as a care center constructed by a private partner as part of a total contract. The turnkey construction of the project with a usable floor area (NUF) of approx. 3,500 m² is to be implemented within the framework of a total contract. In addition to the room accommodations for approximately 150 homeless people, the care center shall include rooms for events, advisory services, as well as specialist and service facilities. To enable the shortest possible realization time, the project is to be implemented in modular construction in accordance with the political decision.
