Neubau der Offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) in der Gemeinde Kropp

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Kropp intends to extend the Geestland School by adding a two-storey new building for the Open All-Day (OGS). The tender documents include the masonry and concrete works for the shell construction. This comprises site setup with a tower crane, a shallow foundation in permanent formwork (lost formwork) with foundation works on the basemented existing building in accordance with DIN 4123, a WU floor slab with perimeter insulation, and reinforced concrete walls, columns, beams and ceilings cast in place, partly in exposed concrete SB3, including a wall-like support beam. Furthermore included are stair flights and landings as prefabricated exposed-concrete elements, load-bearing and non-load-bearing KS masonry/brickwork with building-termination walls to the existing structure, structural waterproofing, core insulation, and clinker brick facing masonry with stainless-steel support brackets and prefabricated lintels. The work will be carried out while school operations are ongoing between the existing school building and the sports hall.
