TENDER DESCRIPTION
The existing sports hall of the municipality of Karlshagen at Schulstraße 4, 17449 Karlshagen, is organisationally affiliated with the Heinrich-Heine-Schule. In addition to school sports and other school events, the municipality makes the sports hall available to clubs, groups, etc. However, the sports hall is outdated and will be demolished. The municipality of Ostseebad Karlshagen (hereinafter also referred to only as the “contracting authority”) therefore intends to build a new sports hall in immediate proximity (plot: Straße des Friedens 6, 17449 Karlshagen). The new build is to be a two-court sports hall including a social facilities block. To illustrate the planned area for the new sports hall, reference is made to the attached site plan (Appendix 01).
