Removal and disposal of hazardous substances, as well as complete demolition of a single-storey school building; year built 1914/1959/1967/1985; building height (eaves) up to 4.10 m; total building width up to 33.42 m; total building length up to 47.70 m; incl. reporting the construction site to the competent authorities; delivery of the site equipment; inspection of the building for suitability in terms of services free from contamination; clearing out; removal and disposal of hazardous substances; partial strip-out (e.g. removing hinged doors, dismantling, dismantling plasterboard ceiling panels and carpeted floors); complete demolition; open areas and earthworks as follows: clear the site 621 m2 vegetation; demolition of paving area 600 m2; demolition of asphalt surface layer 400 2; surveying and setting out; pegs/markers for alignment; establish benchmark points; construction/temporary trunk protection; evidence preservation; excavate/overexcavate and remove subsoil 1,890 m3; lower groundwater level; place load distribution fill 500 m3 and backfill 1,400 m3, form formation level
