TENDER DESCRIPTION
The building is to be constructed as a single-storey new build in solid construction. The ceilings above the equipment-room section and above the changing-room section are to be made as prefabricated large-format panels with screed/concrete topping (aufbeton). The sports hall roof is to be constructed by means of a steel lattice girder (Stahlfachwerkträger) structure with trapezoidal metal sheet (Trapezblech) covering. The façade is to be fitted in the lower part with facing brickwork and in the upper part of the sports hall with a ventilated/curtain façade made of Trespa panels.
