TENDER DESCRIPTION
The building will be constructed as a single-storey new build using solid construction. The ceilings above the equipment room section and above the changing room section are to be executed as prefabricated large-panel slabs with screed/concrete topping. The sports hall roof will be constructed using a steel lattice-girder structure with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The façade will be fitted in the lower area with facing brickwork and in the upper area of the sports hall with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels. This procedure concerns the awarding of the interior plastering works.
