TENDER DESCRIPTION
The building is to be constructed as a single-storey new build using solid construction. The ceilings above the equipment room section and above the changing room section are to be made as prefabricated large-format slab elements with screed. The sports hall roof is to be constructed using a steel lattice girder structure with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The façade is to be fitted, in the lower area, with facing brickwork and, in the upper area of the sports hall, with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels. The subject of this procedure is the award of the interior carpentry doors.
