TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building will be constructed as a single-storey new-build in solid construction. The ceilings above the equipment room section and above the changing area section are to be made as prefabricated large-format panels with screed concrete. The sports hall roof will be constructed using a steel lattice girder structure with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The façade will be equipped in the lower area with facing brickwork and in the upper area of the sports hall with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels.
