TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building is to be constructed as a single-storey new build using solid construction. The ceilings over the equipment-room section and over the changing-room section are to be made as prefabricated large-format slabs with topping concrete. The sports hall roof is to be constructed by means of a steel secondary framework member construction with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The façade is to be provided in the lower area with facing brickwork and in the upper area of the sports hall with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels.
