TENDER DESCRIPTION
The building is to be constructed as a single-storey new build using solid construction. The ceilings over the equipment-room section and over the changing-room section are to be executed as prefabricated large-panel slabs with topping concrete. The roof of the sports hall is to be constructed using a steel lattice girder support structure with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The façade is to be fitted in the lower area with facing brickwork and in the upper area of the sports hall with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels. This procedure concerns the award of the facing brickwork.
