The subject of the service specification is the garden and landscaping works for the construction of the schoolyard as well as the other outdoor facilities with civil engineering works in the area of object drainage for the new primary school and sports hall including delivery, installation, assembly, connection, commissioning, as well as maintenance of individual parts during the warranty period according to the applicable standards. This also includes preparation possibly in the form of workshop and assembly planning, coordination of service dates, and sampling of system parts as well as accompaniment of any expert inspections for the inspection-required systems listed in the following scope of services. The services fall under the trades of civil engineering, canal construction, and garden and landscaping construction.
