TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the service description is the garden and landscaping works for the creation of the schoolyard and the remaining outdoor area with civil engineering works in the area of the building drainage for the new construction of the primary school and the sports hall including delivery, installation, assembly, connection, commissioning as well as maintenance of individual parts during the warranty period of the installations according to valid standards. This also includes preparation, if necessary in the form of work and assembly planning, coordination of performance dates and the sampling of installation parts as well as accompaniment of possible expert inspections for the installations subject to inspection listed in the following scope of services. The services fall into the trades of civil engineering, sewer construction, and garden and landscaping.
