TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned new building is not basemented and consists of two full floors, whereby the ground floor is constructed in solid form and the upper floor in timber construction. The supporting structure corresponds to the skeleton construction method (reinforced concrete on the ground floor, wood on the upper floor) with bracing reinforced concrete walls. Non-load-bearing interior walls are constructed solidly (masonry) on the ground floor and in lightweight construction (drywall) on the upper floor. The floor slab and the ceiling above the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete; the ceiling above the upper floor (flat roof) is made of solid wood.
