TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned new building has no basement and consists of two full stories, whereby the ground floor is constructed in solid construction and the upper floor in timber construction. The load-bearing structure corresponds to the skeleton construction method (reinforced concrete on the ground floor, timber on the upper floor) with stiffening reinforced concrete walls. Non-load-bearing interior walls are constructed solidly (masonry) on the ground floor and in lightweight construction (drywall) on the upper floor. The floor slab and the ceiling above the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete, the ceiling above the upper floor (flat roof) is made of solid wood.
