TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned new building has no basement and consists of two full floors, with the ground floor built in solid construction and the upper floor in timber construction. The load-bearing structure corresponds to a skeleton construction method (reinforced concrete on the ground floor, timber on the upper floor) with bracing reinforced concrete walls. Non-load-bearing interior walls are made solid (masonry) on the ground floor and lightweight (dry construction) on the upper floor. The floor slab and the ceiling above the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete; the ceiling above the upper floor (flat roof) is made of solid wood.
